The Embassy’s processing time in visa cases is currently 15 days, when all required documentation has been provided.

We are aware of the inconvenience this may cause, but please be assured that we are working hard to bring down the processing time for all applications. Business applications are prioritised and please make sure you book an appointment to submit your application as soon as possible. 

The case processing time is calculated from the day the Embassy in London registers the application in the visa system. It is not calculated from the time you apply online or submit the application at the Embassy in Vienna.
